I like density and I love magnets. Some strong springs and tungston balls provide superb feedback reminiscent of clicking cassette heads. The gentle tactile feedback of the spools really seals the deal of hand feel and highlights the design considerations for a consistently solid experience, every time.

I purchased two fidget toys for about $200. I only opened them briefly to see if they would work for me, realized they weren’t right, and tried to return them. The items were barely used, still in like‑new condition with all original packaging. I completely understand the need for a restocking fee, but 30% felt high, so I politely asked if there was any flexibility. If not, I was prepared to accept the policy. Instead, I received a very rude email that began, “No, it’s impossible.” For such expensive items, this response felt dismissive and unprofessional. What really made me unhappy wasn’t just the fee, but the way my request was handled. I would not recommend this company. Also, for this specific item, it’s much lighter than it looks, feels like plastic, and does not have as satisfying vibrations as the video shows.
This required some DIY work to get the feel correct. On arrival it kept sticking. I needed to change the zirc bearings to ceramic and reshape the teflon plastic which kept catching. Taking one magnet out did the trick and now its great..
